Kevin Block

Kevin enjoys living loved at Jesus’ exalted feet, in community with others, to reach and disciple ‘Christians-to-be’ with the Gospel by the Spirit’s enabling Presence. He seeks to live surrendered to and satisfied in Jesus so His Spirit can live through him toward others. Kevin leads and oversees Rockpoint’s adult ministries. He loves people. He is Gospel-centered, gives honor in relationships, disciples for generational multiplication, teaches for life transformation and leads with grace. His goal is to encourage people to BE the church, not to simply do or go to church. He wants his life to whet the appetite of unchurched people to want to experience Jesus.

Kevin and his best friend and wife, Pam, live in Stillwater. They have four grown and married children. They are also blessed to have three grand-daughters. They love their family. Kevin enjoys eating Pam’s cooking, road biking, hiking in nature, leading short-term ministry teams to other countries and being a channel of Jesus’ activity in people’s lives. He had three back surgeries, which ended his love of playing basketball, golf and other sports. Through that dark valley, he experienced our Father’s love, Jesus’ amazing grace and the Spirit’s enabling Presence. Kevin believes serving with the amazing staff at Rockpoint to equip, encourage and empower disciples of Jesus to make disciples is an awesome privilege.
